Vision

We believe in simplifying complexities

The best coaches operate on instinct sharpened by data. Our job is to bring the data — the rest is theirs.

Built by coaches, for coaches

PlayerPulse exists because the question that decides games — "How many players are available today?" — was too often answered by guesswork. We set out to make the answer instant, accurate, and trended over weeks.

The platform is shaped by working coaches across pro, college, and youth levels. Every feature earns its place by getting used in real seasons.

It started with soccer

PlayerPulse founder Matt Danaher played D1 soccer at Fairfield University. He noticed the gap between how athletes actually felt week-to-week and what staff knew about it. Self-taught iOS and Android development gave him the tools to build a first version. Sticky Ventures helped scale it.

It became all sports

What started as a soccer-specific tool now serves teams across most major team and individual sports. The fundamentals of wellness, training load, and availability are universal — what changes is how each discipline applies them.
